A victim of their own success, the company has attracted cheaper competitors offering badly made products.

The target market is typically an American professional specifier such as a landscape architect who we identified as also highly likely to have a social conscience. The secret to grabbing their attention was taking them by surprise with emotion, not words. Straight away, they can see the company’s confidence, stature, quality and emotion. The products are beautifully-made musical instruments designed to be installed outdoors. So we asked top TV composer Matthew Slater (Endeavour, Morse, Lewis, Hairy Bikers etc) to create music from them.
